Chapter 3 Part 2
First, he needed to figure out a way to get the body out of the apartment
and to the car without getting caught. It was the middle of the day on
a work day, but he hated to leave it all to chance. Hmm.. let's go back
to the movies, well in alot of the movies the people were already outside
when they were killed. No help there. Well, most horror movies had people
cut up the bodies to move them, but Bob didn't think he could handle that.
Well, that would be a last resort, prison or cut up a body? not a hard
decision. Let's see,in weekend at bernies they just acted like he was
alive, no, even if that would work in real life this guy was missing part
of his head. He could cover him in a tarp...no, what would he say if someone
asked him what was in the tarp? Hmmm..he might be able to stuff him into
something, not a pleasant task, but better than having to cut the guy
up. What could he put him in? Bigger than a breadbox, smaller than a.................garbage
truck. Yeah just bring a garbage truck into the apartment. Hmmm, not a
garbage truck, but maybe a garbage can.....no, why would he be taking
garbage anywhere when they had garbage chutes. Hmmm...what else was big
enough............He could probably stick him in a trunk, no Wendy would
notice that the trunk was gone. Something big enough that could be replaced
for $20 or under...hmmm...a laundry hamper, yeah that would work if he
could fit the guy in. And, people are always going to do laundry. Well,
he would just have to try to fit the guy into the hamper. First, get the
hamper to the bathroom. Oh no, he'd left the water on, the guy was soaked.
But, at least the most of the blood was washed off, and the smell seemed
to be gone. He looked at the clock, it was 1:30, that gave him about 4
1/2 hours to dump the body and get back home. Plenty of time, he would
clean up the blood off the floor and let the guy dry out a little.
