"Thanks alot Mom, it always helps to talk to you. I have to get going to my meeting now, but I will call you tomorrow and let you know how everything goes." OK, five minutes to meeting time, she would just call Bob after the meeting the talk with Mom helped her to get things in perspective. Bob had been much, much better with the new medication, better than he had ever been with any other medication.
After the meeting.........
Well, that was a relief. The meeting had gone really well, she even asked Susan to come over for dinner that evening. Well, time to call Bob, and she could say she was asking about the repairman because they were having company over for dinner, that worked out perfectly, almost like she had planned it that way. Hmmmm... the phone rang fifteen times and Bob hadn't answered that wasn't like him.......Maybe he had decided to take a nap, if he had gone out he would have turned the answering machine on. Yeah, that was it he had just decided to take a nap, after all, it had been an exciting day for Bob. Well, she would just tell Susan not to come over until 8. That would give her time to get home and fix dinner, and talk with Bob if she couldn't wake him up with the phone before then. Well, time to go finish up the work day, and with a smile on her face no less.
